Monthly photo calendars: a cover and a photo for every month

In September, Picsha Cards gained a photo calendar: one photograph and the whole year on a single sheet. It was the right first calendar, because an 8×10 calendar is an 8×10 print and there was nothing new for a lab to learn. Starting today it has company: the calendar people actually picture.

A cover, then twelve months

A Picsha monthly calendar is thirteen leaves — a cover, then one leaf for each month, with one, two or three of the customer's photographs over a month of dates. The customer picks a cover, then works through the pages by name, choosing how many photos go on each and swapping any of them, with up to forty photos to draw on. Under the pictures the storefront says plainly how they fall across the pages, so nobody buys thirteen copies of the same photograph by accident.

Every month leaf prints its own year, so a flipped page never leaves anyone wondering which February they are looking at. US federal holidays are marked in the design's accent color with their names — "Labor Day" under the 7th — and each day has a ruled box to write in. Weeks start on Sunday or Monday, and like the single sheet it starts in any of the next eighteen months.

Thirteen sheets, bound at your counter

Each leaf prints on one side of the photo paper you already stock, in 8×10 or 11×14, on the minilab you already run. A paid order gives you thirteen JPEGs at the exact size, 300 dpi, no crop marks, in collating order — plus a thirteen-page press PDF. Stack them cover on top, punch along the top edge, close a wire-o through the stack, and it hangs. Type keeps clear of the top 15 mm on every leaf, so the punch never touches a date.

Running Photogize Lab? Map the monthly calendar to the 8×10 or 11×14 print product already in your catalog. The order arrives as thirteen jobs named to collate — Cover, then Page 2 - August 2026 and so on — with the binding spelled out in the order's instructions.

Priced per calendar, off until you switch it on

Like the single sheet, a monthly calendar is priced per calendar rather than per pack and sold one at a time or a dozen for the family. It is not added to your storefront for you: open Prices in your admin page, find the Calendars section, and click Offer on the monthly sizes. Suggested prices are filled in and are yours to change.
