A Graphx product Since 2011
Photos from a phone, printed at your counter — no app, no cable, no card.
SendThePix lets a customer send photos from their phone and get a short code. They walk into your store, type the code at the kiosk, and the photos are right there to print. We pioneered this handoff in 2011, and Photogize retailers still use it every day — now rebuilt on the Picsha AI platform, faster and more secure. Powered by Picsha AI.

How it works for your customer
1. Send from the phone
They open sendthepix.com in any browser and add photos straight from their camera roll — often at home, on wifi, before they ever leave for the store. No app to install, no account to create, nothing to plug in.
2. Get a short code
When the upload finishes, the phone shows a six-character code. That’s the whole receipt — nothing to email themselves, no link to keep track of. The code is good for three days.
3. Type it at your counter — or online
They come in and type the code at your kiosk, or enter it in your online storefront like PhotoCentral, and their photos are right there — ready to print, size, and pay for like any other order. The trip to the store is the only step that has to happen in person.
Built for the way phones really behave
Any phone, no app
It runs in the browser every phone already has — iPhone or Android, old or new. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for, nothing that gets in the way of a first-time customer.
Uploads that survive a bad signal
Big photos over spotty mobile data used to mean a failed upload and a frustrated customer. SendThePix uploads resumably — if the connection drops, it picks up exactly where it left off instead of starting over.
Full-resolution, ready to print
The originals come through at full quality — the file your lab needs for a real print, not a shrunk-down messaging copy.
Private, and gone in three days
A short random code, not a public link, and photos auto-delete after three days. Nothing lingers, nothing for you or the customer to clean up.
Works with the kiosk you already have
SendThePix codes redeem right on your existing Photogize kiosks — the same counter your customers already use, no new hardware, no change to how you print. And every new Picsha Hub kiosk speaks SendThePix too, so the phone handoff sits alongside card, USB, and in-store ordering on one screen.
Your Photogize kiosks, unchanged
The kiosks in the field already know how to take a SendThePix code. Nothing to reinstall — a customer’s code just resolves and the photos appear.
One handoff, every counter
On the Picsha Hub kiosk, “I sent photos from my phone” is one tile next to inserting a card or a USB stick — the same finish-and-print flow whichever way the photos arrived.
And in the storefronts themselves. The same phone-to-code handoff is built into Picsha Retouch, Books, Cards, and Prints — a customer sends photos from their phone, then types the code into whichever storefront they’re ordering from, at the counter or at home.
Fifteen years on, rebuilt from the inside out
SendThePix has been quietly moving photos from phones to counters since 2011, long before “just scan the QR code” was everywhere. The idea still works. The plumbing needed to catch up — so we rebuilt it on the Picsha AI platform, the same engine behind Picsha DAM, Prints, and Books. Modern resumable uploads, a bigger and unguessable code space, storage that expires on its own, and none of the old assumptions about what a phone or a network can do. Same simple promise for your customer; a far sturdier product underneath.
